'My personal journey began in the early 1990's when I went travelling, eventually relocating from   Australia to England.
From 1992 I studied holistic therapies in London, with Joyce West of Essential Care Training (a founder of Aromatherapy and Allied Practitioners Association), gaining qualifications in aromatherapy, Swedish massage and reflexology. Receiving Usui Reiki attunements at the time sparked my interest in energy healing and I spent numerous years learning different kinesiology modalities in England and Australia. 

My interest in shamanism began in 1994 when I attended a Nicki Scully training on psychic surgery and Egyptian shamanism. With the Sacred Trust  I have completed a 3 year professional practitioner training in core classical shamanism with Simon Buxton, and 1 year training in the Way of the Lyceum, European bee shamanism, My shamanic work is a blend of these disciplines.

 I have been offering sessions in shamanic healing  and holistic therapies for well being for many years.

I am currently studying the art of gong for sound healing and apprenticed to Jez Smith of Ancient Sacred Sounds.''

Kate offers one to one healing sessions and 1/2 day retreat sessions 

with sound therapist Jez Smith (Ancient Sacred Sounds).

Kate is a  fully accredited member of Complementary Health Professionals.
